HERCULES offers flexible tray feeding options, including direct feeding from the customer’s production line in a single line. The double configuration feature allows for sealing two trays at once, further increasing production rates. The output can be directed onto the customer’s conveyor in a single line as well.
HERCULES is the ultimate solution for high-speed MAP packaging, but it can also be used as a basic tray sealer without the modified atmosphere feature. This mode can be easily switched on and off to enhance production rates as needed.
HERCULES supports the use of multiple sealing heads for various tray sizes and shapes, and the changeover process is simple and fast – requiring only the replacement of the sealing head and film roll, which takes less than 15 minutes.
