The FFS machine, also known as Form Fill Seal machine, is an industrial model designed by Hefestus Technologies to process up to 150 units per minute, making it the workhorse of the industry.
The FFS machine is customizable to fit your specific needs, and it can accommodate all shapes and sizes of containers. Additionally, the FFS machine enables sterilization of packaged products in an autoclave, eliminating the use of outdated aluminum cans.
The machine includes a conveyor belt at its base that feeds trays and automatic feeders. The line can be integrated with several functions, including a wide range of fillers for various materials, CIP cleaning in-process for dairy products, laminar flow, ultra-clean, top sealing with plastic film, and sealing with pre-cut aluminum or PP on plastic or aluminum containers. The machine also includes a press-on lid or twist-on cap function, along with coding using a stamp, inkjet, or thermo printer, and labeling anywhere on the tray or cup.
